• What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

• What do you charge?

We charge $30.00 per hour during our normal business hours, and $40.00 per hour on weekends and after hours.  Trips exceeding 20 miles will incur additional mileage charges. 

• Do you offer senior citizen discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to our clients over age 62.

• Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, you can actually give someone the “gift of time” by purchasing an Errands, etc. gift certificate. Gift certificates can be purchased in $25.00 increments and make great gifts for new parents, new homeowners, seniors and homebound individuals.

• Are you insured?

Yes, Errands, etc. carries liability insurance.

• Is there anything you can’t do?

We will do almost anything as long as it is legal and ethical.  However, we have the right to say no if we do not feel comfortable with a particular request.  We also do not drive children because we do not have the insurance coverage for that service.
